BAXTER V is just incredibly happy! His personality is so outgoing and he makes friends with everyone he meets. He has a true beagle nose and he is zealous to follow the scent!! For that reason Baxter would absolutely love a big fenced yard with some trees... and maybe some squirrels!! His eagerness to go where his nose takes him makes him challenging on leash walks. Baxter is dependably dog friendly and would really enjoy having another dog to play with. Honestly, he may be estimated to be a senior age - but there is not much senior-ish about him.  He has so much energy and acts younger than his given age.   Baxter was previously diagnosed with heartworms but he was treated for them in July 2022 and subsequent veterinary exams have found him doing very well in his recovery.
